Jet Graham
Jet Graham began his career with Element Plumbing in the summer of 2020 while still attending high school. Growing up in a family-owned and operated business gave him the opportunity to work closely alongside his family and learn the trade firsthand from his father, Jon Graham, experiences that helped shape his strong work ethic, leadership style, and commitment to client service.
Throughout high school, Jet continued working during summers and school breaks, gaining valuable hands-on experience while developing an appreciation for teamwork, professionalism, and serving the local community. After graduating in 2023, he transitioned into a full-time role with Element Plumbing and continued advancing his career within the company.
In August 2023, Jet began attending college online full time while also working full time at Element Plumbing. Through dedication and discipline, he successfully balanced both responsibilities and graduated in May 2025 with an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management.
In July 2026, Jet stepped into the role of Branch Manager at Element Plumbing, where he continues to grow as a leader and play an active role in the continued success and future of the family business.
